My life long passion has been supporting Women to realise how amazing they are.  I think that women themselves and society as a whole do not celebrate the complete miracle that women achieve when they birth a baby and there is a huge lack of support and acknowledgement of the physical and emotional needs of a woman during the post natal period and during the major life transition of Motherhood. My mission is to change this...

I support women with simple and quick to use ways to help them to feel physically and emotionally well and better rested. This allows them to have the energy needed to enjoy Motherhood and retain a sense of their own identity and have the time and energy make space for themselves.

SELF-NURTURE FOR MUMS

WEEKLY SELF-NURTURE SESSIONS

Tuesdays 7.30-8.30 via Zoom

These sessions will help you release physical and mental tension, drop you into relaxation and restore your vitality.

Each session I guide you through the self-nurture tools of gentle movement, breathing exercises, tuning into your inner wisdom and relaxation.  You get a recording of the session and some exercises/journal prompts to use during the week to help you explore finding space for yourself in daily life.

Block of 4 sessions = £30

Blocks start on the following dates and run for 4 consecutive weeks:

20th July

31st August

SUNDAY SELF-NURTURE

Sunday 19th September - 9.30am to 11.30am

This session is a chance for you to take some time out for yourself.

You will RELEASE tension from your body. RELAX your mind and RESTORE your vitality.

Gentle Movement

Guided Breathing

Inner Wisdom Activation Exercises

Restorative Postures

Guided Relaxation

£22 per person (includes refreshments and access to relaxation MP3)

DAY RETREATS

This day invites you to mirror nature at this time of year, time to release and go within.

You will be guided through:

Breathing for tension release

Guided Deep Relaxation

Gentle Movement

Inner Wisdom journaling and activation exercises

Simple ways to make self-nurture a way of life

Quiet space for you to experience yoga, embodies movement, meditation and workshops exploring your relationship to your own self-nurture and self-love.
