My life long passion has been supporting Women to realise how amazing they are. I think that women themselves and society as a whole do not celebrate the complete miracle that women achieve when they birth a baby and there is a huge lack of support and acknowledgement of the physical and emotional needs of a woman during the post natal period and during the major life transition of Motherhood. My mission is to change this...
I support women with simple and quick to use ways to help them to feel physically and emotionally well and better rested. This allows them to have the energy needed to enjoy Motherhood and retain a sense of their own identity and have the time and energy make space for themselves.

The weekend was fantastic on every level. I found the company great and go home with meditation techniques and ideas for practicing yoga at home. The vegetarian food was awesome. Thank you for everything.

THE SELF-NURTURE SESSIONS

2 different sessions – same date - choose the one you feel most drawn to or come to both – why not drop away from everyday life for a whole day?
A space for you to explore your body, mind and self through the 4 pillars of Self-Nurture, REST, NOURISH, MOVE, CONNECT.
These sessions are for you if:

Simply enjoy how it feels to move, let your heart and body guide you
Gentle movement to reconnect to the wisdom of the body

Are you in need of a peaceful Sunday afternoon?
Time to nourish your body, mind and self with deep rest?
Join me to experience the sweet sensation of rest through:
Breathing exercises to reset the nervous system
Restorative postures to release tension, creating conditions for rest
Guided meditation/deep relaxation
Journaling exercise re write your stories around the value of rest
Closes with refreshments and a final share. Just to make sure you are fully awake before driving home!

Quiet space for you to experience yoga, embodied movement, meditation and workshops exploring your relationship to your own self-nurture and self-love.
Helping you to connect back into yourself and what you need. You will leave with simple tools to have you make self-nurture a part of daily life.

1:1 SELF-NURTURE SESSIONS FOR MUMS
Slow down and connect into your inner wisdom to create space and time to nurture yourself as well as your family.
These 1:1 sessions bring you into your CALM before exploring the 4 pillars of self-nurture:
REST
NOURISH
MOVE
CONNECT
Together we will create a simple self-nurture plan, individually tailored to yours needs that will support you in nurturing yourself a little each and everyday.
Each session is 90 mins long and takes place via zoom. You will receive a recoding of the session to refer back to along with simple action points to support you.
£75 per session or £260 for a package of 4 sessions
