Mothers Well-Being Programme/Course/Workshop

I, hereby state that I am registering attendance on a Mothers Well-Being Programme/Course/Workshop with Lisa Shefchick and have full understanding of the following terms and conditions:

Payments

  1. Payment due in full at the time of booking

Or

  • Payment due as per the agreed instalment payment dates (late payments may incur a late payment fee of £10 per extra per late week)
  • Payments made online via the booking system

Information about cancellation and refunds :

1. You may cancel your booking at any time by telling Lisa Shefchick that you want to cancel by email, or phone.

Refunds

1. If it is necessary to cancel your booking before or during the programme/course/workshop as a result of the serious illness of yourself, your partner, or a close relative you may receive a full or partial refund.

2. If you cancel your place for any other reason, you will receive a refund for your programme/course/workshop fee as follows:

a) more than four weeks before the start of the programme/course/workshop. 100% refund of your programme/course/workshop fees less a 25% of full fee administration fee/material access

b) between two and four weeks before the start of the programme/course/workshop. 50% refund of your programme/course/workshop fees.

c) less than two weeks before the start of the programme/course/workshop. 0% refund of your programme/course/workshop fees.

Transferring your booking

 1a. To transfer your booking to another programme/course/workshop before the programme/course/workshop start you must inform Lisa Shefchick by phone or e-mail. 

1b. Transferring your booking incurs no extra fee.

 2. It is not possible to transfer to an alternative programme/course/workshop that is full, even if it was offered to you previously.

3. You will need to pay the difference if transferring to a more expensive programme/course/workshop. You will be refunded the difference if transferring to a less expensive programme/course/workshop.
