My life long passion has been supporting Women to realise how amazing they are.  I think that women themselves and society as a whole do not celebrate the complete miracle that women achieve when they birth a baby and there is a huge lack of support and acknowledgement of the physical and emotional needs of a woman during the post natal period and during the major life transition of Motherhood. My mission is to change this...

I support women with simple and quick to use ways to help them to feel physically and emotionally well and better rested. This allows them to have the energy needed to enjoy Motherhood and retain a sense of their own identity and have the time and energy make space for themselves.

Calm, Relaxed, Restored

4 week Post-Natal course for Mums and Babies

Monday 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th March 2020

This course will provide you with simple ways to keep you calm, relaxed and feeling restored.

We will look at:

Rapid Relaxation: Easy to learn techniques to quickly relax you when there is an opportunity to rest (sometimes you can be too wired to rest when baby sleeps.)

Positive Emotional Resources: Quick self-hypnosis techniques allow you to move through difficult days/emotions (we all have them!)

Better Sleep: Whether you have five minutes or five hours to catch some rest, self-hypnosis tools to help your mind and body make the most of the sleep you have.

Quick Nourishing Foods: Sample and learn how to make nourishing simple snacks and smoothies to keep your energy levels restored and balanced.

All in the beautiful studio at Graftons House in Market Harborough.

Cost £60 (Includes MP3’s, handouts, superfood snacks and smoothies)

£20 deposit at the time of booking, balance due by start of course.

Babies: Babies up to crawling are welcome.

Rest, Relax, Restore

Sunday 18th October 2020 - 10am to 4pm

This day retreat has been created to allow the space for Mums to come along and take some much needed time to rest the body, relax the mind and restore energy levels.

We will explore and experience, self-hypnosis, breathing, mindset, tension releasing movement, restorative postures and deep physical and emotional relaxation.

All in the beautiful OM Studio in Northampton.
